Four working systems - no signup, nothing to install

Use the software before you
talk to us about building it.

Most software companies show you screenshots. We would rather hand you the keys. These four demos are genuinely running in your browser - the money arithmetic, the ledgers, the barcode encoding and the PDF documents are all the real article. Only the data is invented.

The four live demos

DEMO.01

Retail POS & billing terminal

Serve a customer end to end. Search or scan, take cash and card on one bill, try a discount the system checks against cost, print an 80 mm receipt and export an A4 invoice. Then look at the day's takings, the stock position, and a pricing engine you can move with sliders.

DEMO.02

Import duty & HS classification

Describe a product in plain English and watch it get classified, with the reasoning shown and the runner-up explained. Then run the full landed-cost cascade over a CIF value, compare what the same shipment would cost from six countries, and print the computation sheet.

DEMO.03

Warehouse, stock & barcode labels

Book in a delivery and watch freight and clearing spread across the lines to give a true landed cost per unit. Walk the racking, move stock between bins, then design a shelf label live and generate real scannable Code 128 barcodes on an A4 sheet.

DEMO.04

Loans, savings & the double-entry ledger

Issue a loan and watch two balanced journals post behind it. Take a repayment and see it split between interest and capital. Read the raw journal, then the trial balance and the balance sheet - all derived from the same lines, all agreeing to the cent.

Being straight with you

What's real here, and what isn't.

A demo that quietly cheats is worse than no demo, so here is exactly where the line sits.

Real: the engineering

Money is integer cents. Discounts are apportioned so the parts add back exactly. The barcodes carry correct Code 128 check digits. The journals genuinely refuse to post unless they balance. The PDFs are real A4 documents.

Invented: every last figure

Every product, price, member, supplier, shipment, tariff rate and balance was made up for these demos. No client system, client name or client data appears anywhere on this website, and none ever will.

Nothing leaves your browser

There is no account, no login and no server behind these demos. Whatever you type stays on your own machine. Press Reset and it is gone.

Smaller than the real thing

A delivered system has suppliers, staff accounts, branches, permissions, migrations, backups and hardware drivers behind it. These demos are the interesting half, not the whole.

Beyond the demos

Things we build that don't fit in a browser tab.

Some capability can't be demonstrated on a web page - it needs your hardware, your documents or your network. It's still very much on the menu.

EXT.01

Thermal & label printers

Direct ESC/POS and ZPL over USB or LAN, driven through the Windows spooler in raw mode so bytes arrive intact.

EXT.02

Barcode scanners & scales

Keyboard-wedge and serial devices, weighing scales, customer displays and cash drawers.

EXT.03

Offline-first desktop apps

A self-contained Windows folder carrying its own runtime. No install, no internet, no dependencies to break.

EXT.04

Document OCR & search

Reads scans and phone photos of paperwork, indexes them locally, and cites the file and page for every answer.

EXT.05

Data migration

Out of old desktop databases, abandoned packages, and years of spreadsheets - reconciled line by line before you trust it.

EXT.06

WhatsApp workflows

Bills, statements and reminders prepared and ready. A person always presses send.

EXT.07

Multi-branch sync

Branches that work alone through an outage and reconcile when the line comes back.

EXT.08

Excel in, Excel out

Your team keeps working the way it likes. The system reads and writes the sheets they already use.

EXT.09

Backup & recovery

Verified by reading back, kept off the same disk, and actually restore-tested rather than assumed.

EXT.10

Role-based access

Who can see cost, who can discount, who can reverse a posting - and a record of who did what.

EXT.11

Owner's phone dashboard

The day's takings, the bank position and what wants attention, on the phone in your pocket.

EXT.12

Scheduled reporting

The reports you actually read, generated on a timer and waiting for you in the morning.

After the demo

Now tell us what your business actually does.

The demos are deliberately generic. Your business isn't - and the interesting part of every project we've built has been the rules that are specific to it. That's the conversation worth having.
