  1. 01 We read it properly and reply. Usually within a few hours, from a person, not a template.
  2. 02 A conversation, free. A call, a Zoom, or we come to you. We ask about the awkward cases, not the easy ones.
  3. 03 An honest assessment. Including “you don't need custom software for this” if that is the truth.
  4. 04 A fixed, itemised price. In writing, staged, before any work starts. No meter, no per-user licence.

Small projects are welcome

A single costing sheet that has to be right is a perfectly good project. Several of the systems on our case studies page started exactly that way.

Outside Sri Lanka?

Also welcome. Delivery is fully remote, in English, and distance has never been the hard part of a software project.
